HI³ is administered by the University of Toronto Temerty Faculty of Medicine with faculty leadership representation from across our network.

HI³ activities are governed by the Executive Oversight Committee with further support provided by the Strategic Project Development Committee, Scientific Review Committee, Translational and Commercialization Advisory Panel, Training Development Committee, EDI Oversight Committee, Resources Committee, and Community Engagement Advisors.
